Oi Classic Bike Bell - Limited Edition
Decibels (dB) are used for measuring the relative loudness of sounds. Our bells and alarms are 80 & 85 dB respectively, which together with their tone, cuts through the noisiest of environments, while remaining below a harmful dB level.
Bike bells generally look & sound a bit ugly. But why? What if they looked sexy & sounded like an angel playing a glockenspiel? A bell with a beautiful tone, but also a remarkable style and choice of materials that embodies a rider’s personality. The Large size fits 23.8 – 31.8mm bars, while the Small fits 22.2mm bars. Consult the size guide here to decide which size is right for you.

I tore my quad the day before this beautiful bell arrived so it hasn’t made its way on a bike yet. After surgery though, I have used it to summon the others in my house to bring me food and stuff. Even at 3am it only takes a ring of two to get someone out of bed!!
Elegant and nicely presented but not loud enough in a noisy environment and the hammer fell off after 2 months of light ise

I would like to have received two additional spacers so i could have it grip my bar tighter. I had to wrap the bar with electrical tape to secure it. I do like its sound.
I installed the first of three of these I purchased on my gravel bike for some late season weeknight rides. Installation was straightforward, I found a good spot on the left side of the handlebars (after moving the mount for my headlight over to the right side) and made sure I did not overtighten the retaining screw per the instructions. The clapper ended up being positioned at around the 8 o'clock (240 degrees) angle, a good place where I could actuate the ringing with my left thumb. I wanted a bell on this bike because I often encounter pedestrians, slower riders, and people on horseback where I ride. On the second ride, when we turned left onto the first gravel section, I saw a pair of pedestrians off to my left, went to ring my bell, and the entire clapper assembly including the spring flew right off the bell. Not good! :(
Unfortunately I got one ding out of this bell because the ‘dinger’ broke off while I was installing it on my bike. I ordered the correct size for my bike.
