Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Knog’s is a 2 Year Warranty
All Knog products are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase. If over 2-years, then sorry this isn’t covered.
COVERED: Defective hardware, software faults & factory defects.
NOT COVERED: Wear and tear, gifts, forgetting your lock combination or losing your lights in a bush somewhere
Spare Parts & Replacement Straps
Replacement parts are available from straps, clasps, batteries, USB charge cables and silicone skins. These can be purchased here.
How Do I Warranty My Knog?
Bought from a shop? Then go directly to that store and they should put you right. Bought from Knog.com.au?

Proof Of Purchase
No proof of purchase? First stop, take the product back to where it was bought from. Alternatively, mail it to us here at Knog to begin the process. If choosing the second option then we do recommend using a tracked service such as FedEx or DHL as Knog are not responsible for any return that may be lost in the mail.
