Using the gopro adaptor mount made it easy to fix (and remove rapidly). The Blinder fits really well and tucked in under my Garmin mount and feels invisible when riding. The single button is big and easy to find with gloved fingers, the option to switch from day/night mode is easy (double tap) so you can cycle all day with no worries. Battery life is remarkable long as well. Which reminds me i should probably go charge it now, been quite a while.
Solid, well built and good light distribution while gravel riding at high speeds on low to moderately technical trails . Light did not last quite as long as advertised when on high (temp 6C) but not far off. Overall, very good value.
Great to use as a helmet light in conjunction with a main light source on the handlebars for MTB night riding. Replaced an older 500 lumen helmet light that wasn't cutting it. Was worried the Knog 1300 would be a bit too heavy but I didn't notice the extra weight once out on the trails. Medium setting was plenty bright. Would highly recommend the 1300 to anyone looking for a helmet light for use when riding techy trails at night (but you will need a stronger primary light source on the handle bars).
Lighting wise, it’s perfect.
On the other hand, what a disappointment that it doesn't do Power Bank.
It has a capacity of 5000 mAh so it is heavy like an external battery and could easily recharge an iPhone or a bike GPS.
Great light provides plenty of daytime flash power and an adjustable beam for riding at night. It's well built and comes in smart and eco friendly packaging.
