Best light I have ever had

Never thought I would buy such a premium light as I used to think 30 dollars Amazon lights would be good enough . Until one of them broke on me and the other one fell off the mount within a week and I decided that I had enough . Found the Knog light on the web and decided to give it a try. It was amazing. The mounting was a bit fiddly but I managed to get it on . The light was plenty bright for commuting, but really useful when Google maps decided to take you through a pitch black adventure in some wild park, that’s where it really shines . But I don’t mind the extra weight if it gives me more assurance that I would be okay travelling through the dark. The controls are easy to adjust during bike ride and mount was secure during bumpy rides . The only downside I can think of from this light is the power bank . When charging the lightbulb is separated from the body . Which when you wanna charge your phone during the ride could be quite cumbersome to store the bulb . But I never had the need to do that anyways . So over all really happy that I gone with this light! And supporting a local brand as well which is always a good thing:)

Great Product

This for sure a great product and I have being using since 2 years ago. The modularity inside PWR range is fantastic. I really like to use PWR 1000L head with the large power bank. You may need some time to set up stem bar support. and I do recommend the use of PWR Bike Extension Mount.

Very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased this light to ride the Tour Aotearoa 3000km Brevet from North Cape to Bluff. Used in the early morning starts and a few times in the late evening. Used mostly on shingle roads and sometimes on a single track in the bush. 1000 L is enough illumination in the bush and I used the low setting on the shingle roads. Light shines in an elliptical pattern giving ample width and height to the track ahead of you. Found the twist operation to turn the unit on and off and select the various modes, excellent. Easily controlled with gloves on. Haven't changed the modes with the APP yet as I found the modes already loaded, suitable for what I wanted to do. Had to charge my 2500mAh phone a few times and it takes place faster than my wall charger. Will charge the phone twice before needing to be topped up. Mount is secure and soaks up vibration if you use the rubber grommet underneath and allows the beam adjustment +-15 Degrees up down, left and right. Putting the light in the mount is a little tricky and requires exact aligning the light with the bracket but once engaged is securely held. I am very pleased with the unit as a light and as an emergency battery charger. The 750L unit would have been suitable for the Brevet as it weighs quite a bit less and is smaller, but the bigger unit outshone all the lights I saw except for a hub operated light.
