Blinder Clasp

Great little clasp to repair my Blinder that had a broken one. 3 stars because I’m concerned that this one will eventually break too. And it’s plastic. Not very renewable. A metal one would be nice.

Is it possible to buy the spare part «blider clasp» in Switzerland or somewhere in EU???
I have three lights to with broken blider clasp. But i do not pay so much transport costs and duty costums... just to get a this spare part, knowing it is going to break sooner or later again as it seams to be the weak link of the light it self. Buy the way, the lights are perfect, but without the blider clasp, not useful.

Great light but dies way too quick, maybe 6 hours fully charged

I got this item to replace my aluminium clasp on my rear light, expecting it to fit, understanding the difference in material. Clasp doesn’t fit and wont lock the light appropriately

I've already had one of these break. I'd hoped the silver one was the aluminium one of old but alas it's also plastic that will no doubt also break. It shouldn't break after less than a year.

The replacement clasp worked perfectly to replace my lost Blinder clasp. The order process was efficient and delivery was prompt. Thank you!

It's good that Knog supplies this item as a spare, but it is a simple component that should not fail. I would have expected the band the fail before this item.

The replacement clasp arrived promptly and was easily installed.

These clips should not fail. It’s a simple attachment device and should last the life of the product.

I have a Blinder (Front) attached to my handlebars and s Blinder (Rear) attached to my helmet for early morning, low light, and in city riding. I am so pleased with these two lights! Great output. Easy to charge. Easy on and off. And reliable. They get the job done!

Rubber restraining piece - unable to get it from local bike shop - it had perished after some years - light still good.
New clasp and rubber has given it another lease of life - very happy

No wonder these are sold out. This clasp is absurdly weak and poorly designed. I have two of the Blinder lights and both are broken. Love the light, but will refrain from purchasing more Knog merchandise. Gave this item two stars because replacements are available. I will buy a dozen....probably everyone else buying these in quantity which also may explain the sold out shortage of this part.

Great lights... very happy with the decision to buy them. Plastic Blinder Clasp broke after about 4 years of extensive summer use. Kudos for having the spare parts readily available and easy to order. Delivery was fast and efficient. I feel a little uncomfortable that it had to travel all the way from Australia. Maybe future small parts can be stocked in North America and/or be made from metal...? Would otherwise be 5 stars.

Blinder Clasp

I bought it as a spare just in case. Everything seems pretty sturdy so I guess I will not need to use it for quite a while.

Many places would force you to buy a new light. Knog, however, sells the tiny parts that break so I can keep it sustainable and take my totally functional Blinder light back out on the road!

Original clasp bar broke - found replacement clips through same company, few ! Now my light is back in use guiding me in the dark

The Blinder clasp is a beauty! Mine broke and the tail light still stayed attached to my seat post until I removed it?......how good is that!
