Blinder Link Rear Bike Light

The mouting relies on a magnetic clip to hold the light in place. It is nowhere near robustness enough for daily use. I used it for a short while until the light came off whilst riding, the clip broke off in normal use and the light was lost. I was left on a very dark night withouth a rear light. It really needs some method for robustly securing the light to the mount, ideally using rubber bands like the Lezyne lights use. If Knog can fix the mounting then this would be a brilliant light, but until then its not reliable and will end up being lost.

Répond parfaitement à l'usage. L'éclairage est très visible. Le démontage de la lumière pour la recharge est très pratique : rien ne bouge lors du roulage, y compris sur route déformée, mais l'enlèvement à la main est ultra simple. Petit bémol sur les vis un peu courtes pour la fixation, mais pas rédhibitoire lors de l'installation.

I am really happy with this light, it feels very well made and neat, it was exactly what I was looking for. It feels very secured on my rack while still being very easy to remove and put back on. I just need to start to get used to remove it when I lock my bike before it gets stolen.

Great light but mounting options are pretty poor

Liked the light so much I bought a second one, so I could have one steady light and the other flashing. Easy to see in the day and unmissable at night. Best rear lights I have ever had. My phone's camera makes the lights look rather white, but they are actually very red.

Just received my Blinder tail light and it definitely is a ‘BLINDER’. It is far brighter than the original light that came as standard on my bike. And it has many settings that attracts the attention of other road users.
Definitely worth buying.

The installation worked exactly as I had hoped, and the lights works beautifully. It’s very bright and reportedly has a long battery life, but in any case, it’s very easy to remove and charge, while also being in place tightly. I look forward to riding safely.

I greatly appreciate the undersaddle mount which is a necessity with telescopic saddle post. As well as the possibility to clip the light on a backpack loop.
Downsides:
- Too many modes make it a pain to choose each time I use it, I wish some could be disabled to have some kind of a short list
- The magnet is not strong enought to hold the light. I lost mine during a snowy evening with lots of slow speed crash. Lost In Action...

What a great light. It’s a super quality build. It’s light weight and multifunctional. The rear rack setup install was a piece of cake, fits like a glove on my Tern GSD. Puts my on board brake light to shame. It adds a tremendous amount of safety to my rides. I recommend it.

The mounting system for this light is nice enough for pavement but riding gravel it needs improvement! it only lasted 3 rides and broke, luckily found the light. It does need a stronger mount.

I wanted an unobtrusive rear light, that was bright and had a good run time. And that is exactly what the Blinder Link gives you.
The saddle mount is great as you can get the angle just right. Most seat-post mounted lights end up being angled downward.
The mount itself is nice and secure, and is nicely tucked up under the rear of the saddle.
I love how you can set the various modes with Modemaker. I will probably end up using only two or three, but great to have options.
And finally its USB-C (as everything should be).

I am so happy with my new Blinker light. It's been really hard to find a light that is visible when I have my panniers fully stocked and a rack mount is the solution I've needed. My rack didn't have the right holes so I had to make my own adaptor bracket. Thanks Knog!

I purchased both rear and front lights for my bike. I have found the lights to be of good quality, very bright and long lasting between charges. (Photo prior to being fitted to bike!)

Do it , you won't regret it .
Spare mounts for saddle and rack available so you can move the light between bikes is a real plus .

Great tidy solution for my mountain bike that has a dropper post. Has stayed secure in off road use. Side visibility is not as good as the cobber lights, but they require free seat post space. 1 star off because I wish they sold the rack and saddle mounts as spare parts so I could move it conveniently to other bikes.

I have this attached to my seat rails with a small saddle bag underneath and it look quite neat. This is the light I’ve been looking for!!

Magnetic connection not solid enough, got back from bumpy ride and light had disappeared. Out of pocket.

1. Battery lasts a long time BUT… The ‘low battery’ signal only comes on when battery is 99.9% depleted. I check it after each ride but have been caught out too many times when ‘suddenly’ the battery is flat and I have no light
2. The magnetic holder is strong but every few months expect it to pop off if you inadvertently hit a bump in the road (pot hole etc).

Needs a silicon rubber case for more protection.
Needs a lock system, which keeps it from falling out of the mount by a hit.

The light itsself is awesome.

I've owned three of these. I lost the first one after a few weeks as it fell out of its holder, which is probably my own fault. The bigger issue emerged with the second tail light I purchased. Fully charged, it would last one 30-minute ride, and not turn on the next day. Thinking I may have received a faulty light, I complained and Knog sent me a replacement. The replacement has the same issue. It lasted about a year with a battery life of 30-60 minutes max. Now it doesn't turn on at all, even after charging it for hours. Either the electronics or the battery is just terrible quality which is too bad because I like the design, brightness, and attachment options.

Super bright light and hardy. I saw some comments that said the clip isn’t sturdy but I just rode the Convict 100 MTB with it attached with the seat mount and no issues at all despite hours of rattling around the terrain. Highly recommend.
