Oi Classic Bike Bell

I love how sleekly the OI wraps around the bars, such a pleasant form compared to what is considered the standard bike bell. Its gentle ring has a great sustain that still alerts of your approach but without causing frantic alarm. The best bell around!

Had two of these bells and both didn’t last long, the springs that holds the plastic hammer bends out of shape rendering them useless.
Nice looking, I like the minimalism, and a lovely sound, but needs a rethink.

CONS:
- Does not ring reliably due to poorly engineered mechanism
- hard/impossible to ring when riding with thick gloves for winter commuting
- unvonconventionally high ringing sound is not recognized by the elderly as such

PROS:
- looks minimimalistic and cool

Compact shape is nice for drop bars especially if you have limited room due to accessories like bags or lights. However the bell itself makes very little noise and is therefore useless unless you are almost already passing someone (aka right up behind them) so in that sense, it’s not very good. The limited edition color is the reason I got the bell, thought it looked cool, however I probably will switch this out for a better bell in the near future.

I love pink, but this colour is normally sold by limited for bike items.
So, when I got three items（front&rear lights, Bell）I feel so happy.
Metalic Pink is so good, so it's fit for my pink&blue bike.

Not as loud as the big old style bell that came with the bike originally but does the job okay. Probably about the right loudness as it alerts pedestrians without making them jump.

I really like the discreet and sleek design of the Knog bell—it blends nicely with the handlebars and doesn’t stand out like traditional bells. However, in terms of sound quality and durability, it leaves a lot to be desired.

The sound is too low, which often forces me to slow down significantly and get very close to pedestrians before they even notice it. This defeats the purpose of having a bell in the first place.

To make things worse, the striker recently came loose and fell off, making the bell completely useless. For the price, I expected better quality and durability.

Wouldn’t recommend it unless Knog improves the sound output and build quality.

Recently purchased the knog .perfect fit for my bars .has a great range and great colours to choose from also it doesn't take up much room on the bars so adding things as lights and bar bag is a breeze

I’ve bought two of these bells, they are priced at the high end of any bike bell so I expected top quality and support should there be a failure. Unfortunately both my bells failed quickly with little use, got replaced under warranty and failed again. When I reached back out the second time they did not support replacement of a warranty product? I personally will not be buying any more Knog products, thanks.

I purchased the large size and its way too big for my bars. Most people are going to want the small. Besides that, the bell is very well built and the machined metal looks hella cool. Perhaps the only bell that makes me excited to ring it. The tone itself is also pleasant. You might not think it, but it sounds 'nicer' than a regular bell. Definitely "non-confrontational". Definitely buying another that is the right size.

I like this bell aesthetically and appreciate the fact that it is a limited edition however I find the metal striker on other Oi! bells much more effective in comparison to the plastic striker this bell is fitted with. Having said that… it is still a lovely bell.

Best I've tried, having also used a Crane E-Ne bell and those $10 generic jobs. There's certainly louder available, but the tone is pleasant and effective without any harsh reverberations through the bike frame.

packs a punch for such a compacted package, great design and tone. Have bought two for both my bikes and can highly recommend.

I got the silver small size and it is a perfect match for my TokyoBike.

It's one heck of a sleek bell. Can hardly see it on the handlebar, which is great. Very easy to ring with both hands on handle bars and just flip your thumb. Nice ring, loud enough for the local creek path and trails. The plastic spring-loaded lever does make me a little nervous about how durable it will be. But so far it's all good, so 5 stars for sure.

Very happy with my Knog Oi Classic Bike Bell. It was very easy to install and very easy to use. I have only used it twice with a handlebar bag and found the bell to not make the nice chime it does since it sits behind the bag. Will have to do more testing where I can put the bell if I have a handlebar bag on my ride.

Overall, very happy with the bell.

This little guy fits perfectly between Claris brake and shifter on my right side. It blends in so perfectly with the handlebar and shifter that there is no chance of it getting stolen, and it sounds lovely and polite, while being noticable! Good job mates!!

The perfect, subtle bell while still being effective. The low profile look was exactly what I was looking for on my bike. Easy to put on and stays in place, I haven’t needed to think about it for 2 seasons. Still works great and rings loud and clear! Thanks for creating a great product knog!

I bought a second Knog for my second bike. The Oi Classic is even better than the first version. It's Form (style) is wonderful (it looks great) but Function is even better: the striker to easier to use & it's louder. 10/10 Knog.

I have this bell on my road bike and mountain bike. It rings clear above the din and keeps our crew from trail conflicts. I can’t tell you how many times trail runners and walkers have thanked me for using this bell. I especially love how stealth it is. Unlike most bells that hang above or below your bar, the Oi blends in beautifully around your bar. The Oi is an elegant solution to a very practical need and I highly recommend this product.

Matches my bike really nice and was easy to install once I found the inner ring to fit my ‘84 road bike.

Overall its a fun little bell, but mounting was much more of a challenge than expected. Additionally, while the bell looks very cool, the unprotected metal used for producing noise creates some issues with sound production.
