SCOUT SURVEY COMPETITION

The competition is only open to customers who have purchased a Scout Bike or Scout Travel on knog.com or us.knog.com and signed up for email marketing to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The following entrants are not eligible to enter: Knog staff or any company involved in the organisation, management, promotion, or administration of the competition or its entry routes, or their agents or subsidiaries. Any company involved in any capacity in the sponsorship of a competition or competition prize.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  • The prize consists of $500 AUD store credit gift card to be used on knog.com or us.knog.com. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by the promoter. The promoter’s decision as to eligibility and selection of the winner is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 3 weeks of the closing date.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her first name and surname initial (only) in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current (AU) data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  • Entries are limited to one per person. Any entries received that exceed this limit will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
  • Entry to the competition may only be made via the official Typeform survey link provided in the Knog email communication.

KNOG X EF PRO CYCLING LIMITED COLLECTION GIVEAWAY

The competition is open to residents of all countries, aged 18 years and older. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Eurobike EF Collection Giveaway

  1. The "Eurobike EF Collection Giveaway" campaign is offered by Knog Pty Ltd.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to anyone aged 18 and over globally, excluding employees of Knog or EF Pro Cycling and their immediate families.
  3. How to Enter: Complete the online form here, and ensure you're following both Knog and EF Pro Cycling on instagram to be in the draw to win. Entries close end of day July 30th 2025.
  4. Prizes: First prize is the full range of products created for the EF Pro Cycling x Knog Collaboration, shipped to the winner's confirmed address (please note delivery to PO Boxes is not possible). Second prize will be the equivalent products from Knog's standard range, shipped to the winner's confirmed address (please note delivery to PO Boxes is not possible). Neither is transferable or redeemable for cash. Knog reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email provided during entry on July 31st 2025. If the winner doesn’t respond within 14 days, Knog may redraw the prizes.
  6. General Terms: Winners may be liable for post-purchase tax and duties dependant on their countries shipping restrictions.
  7. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knog is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
  8. Privacy: By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for administering the giveaway and for marketing purposes (if participant has agreed), in line with Knog’s Privacy Policy. 

Naughty or Knog Giveaway

  1. The "Naughty or Knog" campaign is offered by Knog Pty Ltd ("the Company") as part of its Refund your Order promotion.
  2. Eligibility:
    • This promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase on knog.com or us.knog.com website between 9:00 AM AEST on December 5, 2024, and 11:00 PM AEST on December 18, 2024.
    • Employees of Knog, their immediate family members, or any associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
  3. Promotion Details:
    • Every eligible purchase will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to have their purchase refunded.
    • There will be 1 winner for every 10 eligible transactions.
  4. Refund Details:
    • The refunded amount will be equal to the total value of the eligible transaction, up to a maximum of $5,000 AUD.
    • Refunds will be initiated back to the original payment method used for the transaction within 1 day of the winners being announced. The Shopify refund processing times can be up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in the winner's account, depending on their bank's processing times.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries. 
    • The competition will be drawn twice.
    • The first draw will take place on December 10, 2024 of orders placed between 9:00 AM AEST on December 5, 2024 to 11:59 PM AEST on December 9, 2024.
    • The second draw will take place December 19, 2024 of orders placed between 12:00 AM AEST December 10, 2024 to 11:00 PM AEST December 18, 2024.
    • Customers will only be eligible for one of the two draws depending on the date of purchase.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their purchase on the same day they are drawn. 
  6. General Terms:
    • Refunds will not include any post-purchase tax and duties that the customer is liable for outside of those included during purchase.
    • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  7. Privacy:
    • By participating, entrants agree to The Company collecting, using, and disclosing personal information in accordance with The Companys privacy policy.
  8. Liability:
    • The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or disruptions that may affect participation in the promotion.
