Once armed, any movement of a Scout fitted Bike will trigger the motion-sensitive audio alarm discouraging any further movement and alerting the bike’s owner, both by the sound of the alarm and via a notification that is automatically sent to the owner’s phone (when in Bluetooth range).
Then in a scenario where a bike fitted with Scout is not where the owner has left it, it can be quickly located using Google's network via the ‘Find My Device’ app.

I’m very pleased with my purchase of the Knog Scout as a bike alarm and tracking device. Got it set up quickly and tested it out. Works great.
It’s a little something extra to put your mind at ease when you lean your bike against the wall to run in and grab a coffee, not fool proof but it helps
Only notifies you of movement if you are within bluetooth range. Makes random beeping noises even when not armed.
