Blinder 600 Front Bike Light

Love it sleek and powerful fits great on my new TIME Fluidity

I found this light easy to install on the bike, plus nice and bright

Probably one of the best bike products I've purchased. The Knog Blinder 600 is absolutely perfect for my dawn, dusk and night time road riding. I've been using the light for a month now and it has not missed a beat. In fact, I like the light so much, I'm going to buy a 2nd one to keep on my gravel bike. The GoPro mount is great for hanging the light below my Wahoo bike computer/mount. Check out the photo.

Was looking for two things in this light: Decent brightness and better than average run time. The Blinder 600 hit both those marks.

Unable to supply a review only that the product I received came faulty out of the packaging

I love the blinder 600 light , I just have a problem with the mounting system. There's not enough adjustability to get the right tension around the handle bar. I've had it fall off a couple times as I hadn't clicke dit in properly, and then it's quite fiddly to get off the mount.
Not massivley disappointed just not super impressed.

Excellent in all regards functionality-wise, just wishing that it came with the more durable metal mount, like the one that you can purchase separately. Should be included for the price.

Nice light, dig it. Works well, good design. Not sure it needs so many modes?

The purchase of Blinder 600 Front Bike Light came at exactly the right time for the end of Daylight Savings and my ride home from the Station. The road can now be easily seen on the dimly lit streets- exactly what I was after.

I suppose the manufacturer assumes we are all tech nerds and can accept a product without any printed instructions.
So Opened the box, found the charging port, cunningly hidden by a well fitting cap, and charged the device.
After some time, pressed the apparent on button to find I just got a flashing light around it -all good, at least I had found the right button, but how to turn it on?
Evenually in frustration, kept my finger on the button and, presto, let there be light!!
Then ot dawned on me they had saved a couple of cents by not including a small sheet of instructions and they were on the ethereal net - doh!

Awesome light easy to use great functions

Product arrived quickly and just as described, very happy with my purchase and from my past experiences with Knog, this will be another light that is way more resilient than some others out there, first outing and all good so far. I did find the light sightly longer than expected and compared to my other 650 lumin light but that’s a minor detail

The little light is fantastic, it’s everything that I want in a powerful front light.
The been is far reaching and illuminate everything that I need to see in front of me. I have read that the light bracket is not great. But on my Renthal mountain bike handle bars it hasn’t shifted at all. It’s that good that I will buy another for my helmet as I like the flashing feature as it draws attention and let’s bad car drivers know that you’re there.

The light itself works as expected, though the form factor is longer than I typically like. The problem is the mount. I stopped using it after it fell out of the mount 4 times within the first two weeks. Terribly disappointing and ultimately useless.

It's a shame that they no longer make the Blinder 400/600 Road, as the mount was much more secure and I prefer the shorter form factor.

In my opinion, I think it's great. Just keep it mind of what it is and a have realistic expectations. I use it for when it gets really, really dark and I need light where I look also as an emergency backup light.

Recently took my new light out for a spin. Loved how I can remove the light and leave the bracket for easy fixing to the bike but keep the light secure with me when I park up. Came back after first use to find someone stole the mounting bracket! 😂 Must be a good mount too I figure so will be buying another one as I can't mount the light without it.

Good battery life. More compact than the pictures suggest. Mine took a tumble and had some v minor indentations on the Aluminium case. It’s rugged. The battery indicator LEDs are colour coded and intuitive. I’m very pleased with this light. 600lumens is more than enough for my commutes and occasional dark morning group ride

Happy so far! Battery lasts longer than other products. The lamp itself is thinner as it looks in the pictures, so that’s nice. Have my thoughts on the mount, but so far nothing has happened.

Nothing wrong with the light itself, but the mount is subpar for a product of this price. During one year of using it, the light fell off several times and got scratched, and finally, a couple of days ago, I noticed only after riding for some time, that the light had again fell off, probably when I happened to hit a slight bump, and this time it got lost. Well, it was a kind of relief, as now I won’t have to worry about losing it anymore, but of course it was also a waste of money. I find solace in revering the ingenious mounting system of the Ortlieb panniers that I have, while I must search for a new and better front light.

Using with go pro attachment which is nice and secure. Light is perfect for early morning rides

Sensible tethering method to the helmet. Sits firmly and doesn’t wobble. The light sits snugly in the cradle and the on/off button is easily accessible even with gloves on. Bright enough to be seen and to see on dark wintry roads in the hills.

Got this light because wanted to step it up from $20 Amazon special. Step it is, is exactly what Knog did. Love it! I feel much more safe now. 🙏

This light is beautifully constructed, but the lenses on the LED emitters are clearly designed to spill a lot of light in many directions rather than in a concentrated beam. As a result, the light is very safe in that cars can see you from many angles. However, it also means that the path in front of you is less well lit, which makes going fast pretty scary. There’s always a trade-off in where you want those precious lumens to be directed. I tend to like a more focused beam that illuminates the bike path many feet ahead of me.

I tried and tried to have the light fit into the console flush, but I haven’t had any luck. Maybe it’s not supposed to? But I’m not 100% confident it won’t fly out on some bump in the road. The light options and brightness are great. I have great visibility on the road.

Excellent light for late nights coming home on the commmute or early mornings. Mount doesn’t inspire confidence and the light can and will ‘slip’ out of the clip on some bumpy rides. I used some velcro to secure it in place while it’s clipped in just incase.

Compact, lightweight and powerful!

Bought this with little care about brightness specs, just wanting to have some light during night city riding, but I recently found myself biking along unlit park trails at 10PM. I was thankful that the “high beam” setting was powerful!
