Free Cobber light

Found a Cobber by the side of the bike path recently, bought a strap for it and now have a very nice light.

Great product

The set is very convenient, and keeps the light in place at all times without damaging the bike. It helps me be seen when I ride in traffic. Looks great and I like the high intensity of the light, and different options of light it offers, I have the longer version and my friends always notice it and compliment it. I think if you cycle in areas where there’s cars around this product can be very useful.

Battery Life is Poor even on the most eco mode

On the lowest eco mode it lasted for about 3 rides before it needed to be charged rides were about 1 hour fifteen minutes for a total of 4 hours approximately.

We bought mini cobber light set for our 5yo a couple years ago and have moved and changed bikes since then. So, needless to say we lost the straps for the light to attach to the bike. The lights are relatively expensive and have a unique design for mounting. So, we were very very pleased to see Knog had replacement straps. It was so simple and affordable. Kid is almost 7 now and loves riding in the street with us but as the days get shorter and shorter into the winter months, we want to make sure he (and we) can see and be seen. Cobbers are great light sets!!!

It's ok

I need more o rings as they break, not the while assembly. The thin rail attachment and three different diameter o rings are good. I would also like to be able to install it on the seat rails, could you make an accessory for that

Exactly what I needed

Unfortunately lost my original mount so couldn’t use the light, the replacement accessory mount works perfectly and you even get two!

Straps are ok, but the Cobber's button....

The straps make a good fit on my MTB and roadbike. However, the button of the Mid Cobber has started to disfunction. Despite its IP67 rating it didn't last during my last MTB ride. The button on top of the Cobber is not functioning properly anymore; it hangs and doesn't 'popout' anymore. I have to tap the Cobber on the egde of a table to get the button fall down again after which I can switch it off or choose another setting.

So good I ordered two more

The tail light on my e-bike went out and I was using this as a replacement. Unfortunately, it came off on the trail during some intermediate mountain biking over fairly rocky and rooty terrain, which would be my only complaint. For that kind of use, you may want to throw an extra little bungee on there like a red vine. However, I had used the light for a year or more and loved it, so when I went to order a replacement I got two. A typical Knog light--rugged, long charge times, very bright--plus it has that 270 degree visibility. I use it mostly on safety whips for dog trailers and my SO's tadpole trike. Those flags tend to rotate around a lot, but with this light at least some light as visible to drivers at all times.

Good that small parts can be ordered.

My special project, a trike-cycle: Cobber light will be mounted on a tall fiberglass tube. The mounting strap piece will be epoxied to that tube. Now I have extra parts for experiments and replacements.
