This works well, but I have marked it down because the PWR system is being run out. I am very disappointed with this step as the swap able battery was the main reason I purchased it. It is one of the few light systems that enable you to do all day rides (up to 8 hours) and still have a good light output.
This mount is a disaster waiting to happen. It is made out of very brittle plastic and can easily break off (as it did for me). It cannot support the eight of the lamp.
I wouldn’t mind the proprietary mount if it worked, but it simply doesn’t, as a result PWR doesn’t support flat handlebars…
Whoever designed that mount and chose that specific material for it should turn in their engineering degree.
On the positive side, the light fortunately broke off during the daytime, I haven’t crashed when it hit me on the leg, and it fell straight into the water. People at Knog put me in danger with their garbage product, and were expecting a well polished email when I reported the issue to them… So I haven’t received support either…
Easy to set up! Highly recommended.
Go pro mount works as it should. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the light itself is not holding up after less than a month.
Mount for under my bike computer along with a mount for my helmet. Works as advertised.
