It’s tri-prong system works with GoPro and can be used to mount lights under Garmin and other mounts. Designed to fit most vented helmets, common for road and trail cycling.

Easy to set up! Highly recommended.
Go pro mount works as it should. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the light itself is not holding up after less than a month.
Mount for under my bike computer along with a mount for my helmet. Works as advertised.
The GoPro Mount works just fine with a Garmin out front (Varia) bracket - there's enough space for a PWR 450 light.
The metal piece used to lock the light to the adapter is too tight even when the screw is totally loose.
