Lets me fit the knog light and another cable on the same block. I also think it keeps the charging end of the light a little safer as you can lay it out of the way and not sticking out of the charging block

Very handy cable for charging USB bike lights
I like having them around. I only use them when charging my lights since there’s usually no enough room to string tight USB ports.
