Features +-

Advanced LEDs & Optics

There's no such thing as a universal bike-light. Depending on end use and even bike type dictate the best bike light to use. Blinder Road 600 utilises 2 LEDs each independently capable of 400 lm or 600 lm when use together. The left optic has a 12-degree beam, providing a spotlight, which is perfect for racing and fast riding on smooth roads. Whilst the right optic has 32-degree beam, providng a flood light, which is best suited for use on slower rides on bumpy or uneven riding conditions.

Unique Fastening System

Utilising silicone to create the elastomeric strap, combined with an over-molded polycarbonate clip system, allows Blinder Road to adapt to the many various configurations required of today’s road cyclists. The Blinder Road is stylish and versatile enough to fit with a multitude of today's high-end bicycle cockpits. Includes two removable silicone straps for bars 22-28mm & 29-35mm.

Waterproof & Integrated USB Charging

The Blinder road is 100% waterproof with a rating of IP67, which means you can submerge your light in depths up to 1 metre for up to 30 minutes without damage. The light is charged via integrated USB, which means so it does not require additional cables to charge from a USB Port as well as no need for single use batteries.

Intuitive Functionality

When your Blinder is running low on battery, a red led will light up next to the button. This ring will turn green when fully charged and then turn off once the Blinder is unplugged from the power source. With a design that is wider rather than longer, accommodating the 2 optics side by side keeps the centre of gravity as close to the handlebar as possible which avoids the potential for movement on bumpy roads. Finally, the Blinder Road’s buttons and strap closures are all at the perfect ergonomic angle to present themselves to the rider, and big enough to be used while wearing gloves.

Blinder Road 600 Quick Start Guide (EN, FR, ES, JP)

Customers praised this bike light as "super bright" and "awesome" for night rides, with versatile beam patterns and easy installation. However, significant durability concerns emerged: multiple shoppers reported plastic hooks breaking, causing the light to detach. Battery life received mixed feedback - some found it excellent for commuting, while others felt 50 minutes was insufficient for road cycling.

  • By far the best light we have, it's so good the person who has it has to be out the front
  • Really impressed with its performance. The brightness is definitely sufficient for night rides.
  • This light is awesome for both road and off road applications. Highly recommended

light Lost because of unsolid plastic hook

i am leaving this comment to share my bad experience this week! I lost my blender somewhere in bushes after it fell of the ground while riding my bike!
it was not the first time my blender fell but this time it flew somewhere i could find it!
the caoutchouc strap and plastic blender seems to weak, i am just riding normal road not mountain trails!
i show in picture what is left from my blender : the caoutchouc and a metal proctection...

Exept that i was happy with it!

Weak cheap plastic designed to fail by a failure.

Cheap plastic connection of the light snapped off while the bike just there. Thing just snapped and flew across the room with the light falling to the floor.
Weak design by a poorly trained designer, probably all high patting themselves on the back whilst selling their crop to unsuspecting customers.

Blinder 600 A++++

Really enjoying the Blinder Road 600, really like the different lighting options and the usb charging is easy. I wish I would have ordered the g-pro mount during the 3for2 sale.
I would like to see a USB C charging option in the future.

Nice product - with a point worthy of improvement

2nd attempt - unfortunately my comment from 9 May does not show.

The light is very bright, stable, has a cool design and has reliably accompanied me for more than two years. It is generally a very good and well thought-out product - with one weak point... There are two hooks on the metal body of the light, on which counterparts of the rubber band snap into place to hold the light on the handlebars. These hooks on the light are made of plastic and both are now broken. It is incomprehensible why the only point on the light on which forces act is made of filigree plastic. The rubber band was still the first. Whilst replacement straps are available in the shop, the hooks on the light cannot be replaced. My light worked perfectly and even the battery life is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the light can no longer be attached to the bike. Definitely an area worthy of improvement...

mixed experience

Pro:
-very bright
-easy to charge
-very robust
Con:
-quite heavy, leans easily down when drivin' on cobblestone
-rubber strap is incomprehensibly held by tiny plastic (!) hooks on the robust metall case of the light. Those plastic hooks broke shortly after the end of the lights warranty. Light is fine, rubber strap is fine, both can no longer be attached to each other (and on the handlebar). Sad end of a promising product. Why would the hooks not be metal as the rest of the case?

Perfect name. First ride with this light on I recieved comments from motorist and cyclists that the double flashing mode was amazing and the brightest they’ve seen

Not suitable for road cycling – very poor battery life

I bought this front light hoping it would be a reliable companion for longer road rides. Today after just 50 minutes of use, it already showed the low battery warning.
How is this even considered suitable for road cycling? 50 minutes isn’t even close to enough for a proper ride.
Extremely disappointing performance – I can’t trust this light for anything beyond a short trip around the block. Avoid if you value reliability.

Great light with many modes

I feel safer with this light and its very easy to put on or remove from the handlebars! Hoping the rubber stays strong and elastic but they do sell replacements for cheap. I also do not store the light under the sun so that should help its longevity.

Light doesn’t last very long and because you have to recharge it a lot the strap is breaking. Would not recommend this product.

Powerful but balance could be improved

Love the powerful light and modes. Although the casing is badly balanced and leans forward on bumpy grounds eg. cobblestone.

Knog Blinder 600

Pros is that it's easy to fit on and off. Uncertain if the battery life is good enough just yet. Key miss, trying to work out which way the charger port goes into the USB connection.

Blinder 600

I have had a blinder for 5 years and have used it as a torch as well as on my bike.
It has been literally brilliant! I recently lost my old one while using it to investigate a wiring problem in my car - and forgot to take it out and have not been able to find it!! I had no hesitation in purchasing a new one. It has become one of my "have to have" tools.

Pretty good light

Nice light, here are the highlights:
-Good variety of settings that can be mixed with the two beam design. Which allows you to mix up and match wide/narrow/blink
-The little latch that hooks and unhooks the strap is fantastic, way easier to take on and off than my old lezyne
-USB charging port has worked well so far
-no issues in heavy rain
-it’s got a good size, weight and is compatible with my aero bars

Could use improvement:
-Buttons aren’t easy to tap while riding, especially with gloves on. They’re just a little small and hard to find. I’m sure I’ll get used to it though
-It’s a little front heavy, my cables hold it up but I expect it would sag after bumps if not secured super tight
-There’s no way to rotate the light left or right which might be a minor issue on bars that are angled

Bright and Stylish Light for Commuting and Night Rides

I've been using the Blinder Road 600 Front Bike Light for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with its performance. The brightness is definitely sufficient for my daily commute and night rides. I feel safe and visible on the road, even in dark areas.
What I really like about this light is its unique flashing patterns. They look very modern and high-end, and they definitely help me stand out to cars and other cyclists.

The light is awesome and lasted an hour on hi as advertised. The charging however is a little disappointing - ideally the light would stay on the bike but that is not possible.

Decent light with simple interface but fixing point pretty ordinary.

Great lighting unit with simple and efficient interference. I use most on my MTB and, with my riding gloves on? the accessing butttons for taps to toggle settings is a bit fiddly on the go. Lighting itself and is good and battery is as advertised. Dont love the rubber fixing mounts and the light with its forward orientation tends to not hold
its position on the bar after big hits on the MTB trails. Soon you find yourself reaching down to adjust the light position back to the right orientation. With those lighting units with the light sat essentially atop the bar and the rubber mount below the light, these shifts in position of the light are both less likely and less dramatic on big hits.
The fixed USB charging built intot the light unit itself is clever if it actuallg could be plugged into a standard USB wall mount unit. Unfortunately, with the angle of the usb pivot inside the light unit, it often doesnt work to plug it into a usb wallmount unit; thereby forcing you to use the supplementary but small form factor USC a cable provided. Surprising that this isnt usb c given where we are at with technology in 2025.

Charging problems.

Light works great but I’m having issues with the charging. I have to tilt it at a certain angle to hold a charge. Simply sliding in the charger won’t work for me. My friend has the same light his works fine. Other than that great light.

Compact little light with purpose build functions to meet your need from dust to dawn

The light output on this little unit is amazing. One button for on/off and also light patterns (narrow, wide, full, oscillating) and button two for intensity control (3 levels for narrow, wide & full but oscillating only has 2 level). Atheistic pleasing in form, very compact and very solid to feel with the silicon securing mount to the aluminum housing construction as passive cooling and the appearance of the flush clear lenses hiding the narrow/wide beam LEDs. Build in flip out USB-A for charging is ingenious. Once mounted it stays in its position under bumpy rides. I've primarily been using it during early dawn and daytime visibility but I can see during dawn the brightness of the most lowest setting in oscillating mode are vehicle light level brightness (as observed from light reflection against road signage as compare to vehicle headlight). I chose this over the Blinder 400 due to the usage time it has over it during oscillation mode (daytime light) which mean less time charging (it charges quite fast) between use (on bike versus plugged into my USB on computer). Love to see Knog transform this into a light head only [I like the overall housing design] with a securable power cabling [maybe twist lock coax heads] and outboard the battery so this could replace use cases where hub dynamo and compatible lighthead may make more sense for extended riding duration (i.e. randonneuring).

Blinder 600

The majority of my rides are very early, before sunrise. The Blinder 600 ( along with my Mid Cobbler rear light ) give me plenty of visibility and safety.
